Number 3: The Inter Milan performance.
Football is a team sport, of that there is no doubt. But sometimes, just sometimes it seems that one man can run an entire game. For Arsenal, it was Thierry Henry, multiple times. But this time, it was for revenge. Inter had beaten the Gunners 3-0 at home, at Highbury, and that is something that canat be forgiven, so they went and thrashed them 5-0 at Giuseppe Meazza. Tit for tat.
Now the first one was at best an okay okay goal, with a shot from outside the box beating the keeper for the first goal of the day. But the second was beautiful. After some haphazard defending from an Inter Milan corner, Henry somehow got the ball at half-line and he ran. He ran with Javier Zanetti barely managing to keep up with him.
