Is This Usual or an Unusual sight for cricket viewers ?? What do you think?

This sight is seen by each and everyone who follow some or the other sports. A naked man disrupting things in between is something we have witnessed a lot of times.

These people who decide to run on the field are never punished severly. It just turns out to be a break in the game and a bit of warm up for the security at work. The players, commentators tend to see the funny side of it and continue with the game once the person is taken off. A heavy blow by Andrew Symonds to a naked man was one such incident when the punishment proved to be a bit more intense.

One such incident was seen on the 1st day of the 1st Test match between Australia VS Sri Lanka, but the punishment was a bit different this time around. A man ran onto the field without any clothes and as per the history of similar events in the past, he expected to flee without much of a punishment. But it was not to be the case. The Australian streaker was fined for 3000 Sri Lankan Rupees and also was put behind the bars.

Rain was pouring down at Kandy, and one of the Australian spectator decided to have a slide on the main covers without any clothes on. Later he even managed to escape the Police commando but his choice of completing this dream act of his in this country proved to be a bizarre choice. Sri Lanka being a country following Buddhism, such acts during sports events are considered offensive.

As years have passed, viewers have become used to such events. The trend will surely continue but no one would dare to do it in Sri Lanka, thatas for sure.
