Transfer Deadline Day!!!

The transfer deadline day is finally here. A day where rumors play a much bigger part than the players themselves. A day where fans find themselves wondering, will RonaldoAfinally join us this year?? But then they eventually console their sad and tired hearts and watch as their club signs the next Messi, or so they hope. With a billion plus pounds already spent, including 90 plus million from Arsenal, the window is not yet done. With a few hours left, here are some of the most interesting rumours floating around.

Morgan Schneiderlin is more than willing to fight for his place at Manchester United but a move away would be a much better option.AAfter all he does have to fight against Paul Pogba, Marouane Fellainias hair and Herrera for a place in the United line up. But then again if his options are Tottenham starting 11 or Unitedas bench, he would be better off playing second fiddle to Pogba and co. Especially now, with Mourinho having ruthless slashed off Schwenias name off his list, Schneiderlin would not want to enrage the Portuguese man as we all know what he can do a?cough cough, Chelsea 2015-2016a.

David Luiz back to Chelsea??!
David Luiz back to Chelsea??!

Meanwhile another intriguing rumour is that Chelsea may pull a Manchester United and buy back a player they once sold. David Luis became the most expensive defender when PSG bought the Brazilian for 50 million pounds and now he may come back. Although Conte is not willing to spend 50 million, he has offered the French Champions 32 million pounds for their star centre back. Rumour has it though, that Florentina left back Marcos Alonso has already flown in for a medical with the North London club. With his transfer fee around 30 million pounds, Conte will probably not match PSGas counter offer of 50 million pounds.

Cavani to Napoli??
Cavani to Napoli??

Paris Saint Germain on the other hand are looking for striking options, having already let Zlatan leave on free transfer. They let Zlatan leave, what more is there to say?? Now with Napoli looking at Cavani as a replacement for Higuain they need a replacement. And Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema seems to be their target, as they lineup a 50 million pound bid. But that’s only if Cavani leaves for Napoli, a big if but the Italian side do have the funds necessary for the striker they need.

Stoke City meanwhile, have managed to snag Wilfred Bony on a season long loan. The Ivorian was already told by manager Pep that he was surplus to requirements at City. Although Bony was not their original target, Stoke City manager Mark Hughes was extremely happy to have signed the former Swansea City striker. When a club record move for Sadio Berahino was starting to like a little shaky, Hughes moved on and found Bony who was looking for a club to revitalizeAhis career.

Islam Silmaini to Leicester City??!
Islam Slimani to Leicester City??!

Champions Leicester City who play in the Champions league for the first ever time have also been shopping for players who can give them that boost. Having already signed Namplys Mendy and Ahmed Musa among others, the Foxes are now looking to further strengthen their squad. With deals for Islam Slimani and Adrien Silva at their final stages, the champions appear to be spending a little over 60 million pounds in total, if the deals go through that is. That would break their transfer record, with Ahmed Musa fee of 16 million pounds being the highest they have paid so far.

With Jack Wilshere made available for loan, clubs have gone ape shitAover the central midfielder. He has had over 20 offers for a potential new club (for his loan spell mind you), within the last 24 hours itself!! Rumour has it, that the 24 year old was leaning towards Bournemouth or Crystal Palace before Roma stuck their head in the mix. With teammate Wojciech Szczesney there also on loan, Wilshere just might join his teammate there.

Serge Gnabry at Werder Bremen????!!!!!
Serge Gnabry at Werder Bremen????!!!!!

Speaking of Arsenal players leaving it seems they have allowed Serge Gnabry to leave for Werder Bremen in what is a rather bizarre deal. The German winger had a sensational Olympics, finishing with a silver medal and as the joint top scorer. The 21 year old did have a year left on his Arsenal contract but maybe a failure to play regular football forced his hand. Then again he never did get the opportunity to shine at Arsenal, but his new sideAcan help him kickstart his career.

With the transfer window shutting at 11pm BST in England and midnight in Scotland, clubs donat have all the time in the world to finish their transfers. The window inAGermany however closes at 5pm and that means that Arsenal only have 4 odd hours to announce Lewandowski. But Roma on the other hand have till 10pm to get Jackas signature on his contract.

However once windows are closed abroad players from English and Scottish clubs will not be able to move to those leagues.ABut players from the same foreign leagues will have a chance to move to English and Scottish teams up to their 11pm and midnight deadlines repectively.
