Patna Pirates will look to come back from last night’s disappointment as they take on Tamil Thalaivas at NSCI Dome, Mumbai.
Both teams are coming into this match on the back of similar results, Patna Pirates drew the game against the Bengal Warriors last night while Tamil Thalaivas settled for a tie in their last encounter against the UP Yoddha.
Patna Pirates head into the clash winless in their last three matches. The team displayed a dismal performance last night against the Warriors wherein they slumped to a tie despite leading the game by a 15 point margin at half-time. They will aim to put this disappointment behind them. Dubki King Pardeep Narwal and Vishal Mane will have key roles in attack and defence respectively, whereas Monu Goyat and Vinod Kumar will also have a part to play.
Tamil Thalaivas, on the other hand, will have to be in top gear straight from the start if theyare to upset the odds against the double defending champions. They often come to life in the second half, which could prove to be too late in the day against a dangerous side like Patna. So, they need to address that problem quickly.
